Flybridge
Access the Flybridge from the aft deck port-side staircase with a sliding door at the top to keep bad weather off the aft deck or for safety as guests are on the bridge. The upper Helm Station has complete and upgraded instrumentation, Pompanette helmseat, additional seating (with new cushions in 2013) to both port & starboard with storage underneath each seat. There is L-Settee seating with storage below and a large teak-grated GB table for entertaining. Aft of this seating is an large open area with a sectional settee which can be set up in several ways (new in 2013). Flybridge dodgers surround the aft stainless steel rails for privacy. Salon
The Salon is very spacious with plenty of opening windows both port and starboard for natural light and ventilation. There is an L-settee to port with storage drawers below and a teak locker in the aft port corner that doubles as an end table. There is a teak coffee table with flip-down leafs in front of the L-settee. To starboard are two (2) barrel chairs with a teak tray-table stowed midway behind. Just forward of the barrel chairs is a custom-built teak counter for casual dining or it can be used as a desk with two Grand Banks stools that fit beneath for easy stowage. The aft end of this counter houses a bar cabinet with U-Line Icemaker below. Outboard of this area is a teak-slated magazine rack. There is an entertainment cabinet in the starboard aft corner of the salon with an LCD flatscreen TV with CD/DVD Player atop and Kenwood KDC-W4537U AM/FM/CD/MP3 Stereo System inside; stereo speakers are throughout the yacht. Remarks
This beautiful 2000 model Grand Banks 52 Heritage EU is extensively equipped and has been maintained to high standards by her knowledgeable owners. She has the most popular three stateroom, 2 head layout below accessed through the staircase forward to the portside of the helm. The large covered aft deck leads into a very large salon with large comfortable settee to port and two barrel chairs to starboard; the aft deck & salon are at the same level, so it's all one large area together. The engine room is accessed through an aft deck hatch and features standing headroom making service very easy. A crew berth or 4th cabin is located adjacent to the storage area just aft of the engine room on the port side. Wide walkaround decks with stainless safety rails all around provide comfort and safety while transitioning the decks. The spacious flybridge is easily accessed via a built-in staircase from the port side of the aft deck. Featuring three forward facing seats, large L-settee with table, large entertaining area aft, dinghy space all the way aft with Marquipt davit and much more!
